Workforce development planning

Ask yourself these questions:

• Do all of my staff have the necessary skills, competencies and qualifications to carry out their roles?
• Am I accessing all of the funding available to me?
• Have I planned to include requests from the people who use my services and their families?
• Are you having significant issues with recruitment or retention of staff
• Could your CQC report be better?

We will support you to access funding where possible and guarantee that the training programme you are offered will have been recognised and endorsed by the National Skills Academy for Social Care.
