Quality Outcomes
The Care Quality Commission aims to 'deliver positive outcomes for people who use services' we believe that this must start with a workforce that is trained and capable of delivering these services.
GTA Social Care is grounded in strong social care values, and will work with people who use services to ensure that their needs are at the centre of what is delivered. This has quite clear benefits for the person receiving care, but will also directly impact upon the quality of service that you are able to provide, these benefits include:
- Exemplary care from staff who are trained to the highest standards in order to carry out their roles
- Empowerment of people who use services to influence and decide what staff need to learn to better support them
- Support from staff with a greater understanding of the issues faced by people who use services
- True professionals with a heart and understanding
In addition to this, employers can be assured of the quality of the training being delivered to their staff though the quality assurance systems of the National Skills Academy for Social Care's recognition and excellence frameworks.
